St. Mary's home West chose BSI to be the general contractor of their new concept in senior community housing. St. Mary's Carriage Homes at Asbury, an ongoing project since 2006, has several homes completed; we are currently in the midst of construction of a 2012/2013 unit in the development, as the demand for this lifestyle choice continues its rise in popularity.

We are proud to continue servicing the renovation needs of Hamot Health Foundation. Having completed construction of one of the newest gems along our Erie Bayfront, Hamot Bayview Centre, in the 100 block of Peach Street, we were also contracted to handle the interior medical and other office custom fit-outs. BSI is now part of the team facilitating upgrades to mechanical portions of UPMC Hamot, a project begun in 2011 and continuing throughout 2012 and into 2013 in the Phase II stage at the South Complex.

Also in Downtown Erie, Gannon University's new Residence Hall welcomed students in September 2011; this is one of our proudest BSI accomplishments, as we met the challenge of extremely difficult time constraints to complete this multi-story dormitory building on schedule.

New construction in Erie is exciting for everyone; building new structures and making new relationships along the way is even more exciting for BSI. Southwest Millcreek has seen many changes due to the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM.) Converting their property on Peach Street near the Millcreek Mall into Coffee Culture has brought a fresh, new look to that stretch of Peach Street. From there BSI moved to facilitating the creation of a brand new entry pavilion and pedestrian walkway at the LECOM Campus which, now completed, stands as an impressive welcome to LECOM. Continuing into 2013 we enthusiastically join with LECOM in renovations and remodels to various medical offices around the County.

Moving out into West County Erie, the American Legion Post 494 named BSI as their general contractor for the construction of their new Club House in Girard, PA. They opened the new facility near the end of 2012.

Right on the heels of the American Legion Club House, Team BSI was invited to head a similar project just a bit south, at the St. Francis Ushers Club, in McKean, PA.

Summit Township awarded the contract to handle the construction of their new township building to BSI; we are excited to be given this opportunity, as a proud member of Summit Township for the past 28 years!

Our relationship with the Housing And Neighborhood Development Service (H.A.N.D.S.), which began with the St. Francis Xavier Apartments housing complex in McKean, then continued with the Ridgebury Apartments complex in Millcreek, recently expanded to include the office relocation for H.A.N.D.S. to Downtown Erie in the Mercantile Building. H.A.N.D.S. has also chosen BSI to work on upgrades to our Erie St. Joseph Apartments.

Local manufacturing, the likes of Smith Provision and Richlyn Manufacturing, to name a few, have enjoined Team BSI to make their renovations and expansions a reality. It's a thrill to meet the challenges these projects present; and more of a thrill to partner with local businesses (like ourselves) to showcase our thriving Erie community.

Heading south down I-79, Meadville, PA businesses have welcomed our services over the past few years and 2012 sees us adding express banking to Erie Bank, as well as an addition and renovation to Chovy's Restaurant.

Expanding our "map" a bit further yet, Team BSI has been chosen as the general contractor as Northwest Savings Bank begins its new corporate headquarters in Warren, PA.

We'd also like to welcome Hertel & Brown as new "friends of BSI" ... we look forward to their exciting projects on the horizon.
In addition to our commercial emphasis, Team BSI is always ready to accommodate our residential clients; turning dreams into realities; aiding in emergency disaster repairs; all with little to no disruption to daily living routines.

Extending even further into the State, the community of Clearfield will soon be seeing Team BSI all around as we take on construction for CNB Bank.
